How to update your details

Remember to keep your details up-to-date

When your contact details change, letting us know may not be top of your to do list. But please do tell us as soon as you can – it’s really important to keep your contact information up-to-date.

What might change?

It’s not just moving home…
 

  • if you get married or divorced
  • you want to change the bank your pension gets paid into
  • you want to use digital communications where possible
  • your telephone number changes
  • there’s a power of attorney added to a pension
  • or your name changes for any reason
