Dom is Interim Chief Executive Officer of PIC.  

Dom is the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pension Insurance Corporation plc and Pension Insurance Corporation Group Limited. He joined PIC as Chief Actuary in 2017, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in December 2021 and held that position until January 2026 when he was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his tenure at PIC, Dom spent more than 15 years at PwC, where he worked with many leading life insurers and led several regulatory projects, including the global coordination of PwC’s response to the introduction of IFRS 17. Dom is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.

Simon is responsible for developing, communicating, executing and sustaining PIC’s corporate strategic initiatives. Simon has 20 years’ experience in investment banking, specialising in insurance mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital raising.

Lance’s responsibilities include leading the Operations, Technology, Data, Change and Enterprise Architecture functions.

Prior to joining PIC, Lance held a variety of operational leadership roles including COO - Investment at Schroders, Joint Chief Operating Officer at Jupiter Asset Management, Managing Director at BlackRock and Partner & Equity Trader at Trans-Hudson.

Lance earned a BA degree in psychology from Cornell University.

Giles makes sure we manage our risks in the most effective way – overseeing risk, regulation, ORSA and all Solvency II requirements.

Martin is PIC’s General Counsel and Company Secretary and has responsibility for the legal and company secretarial functions. Before joining PIC in 2018, Martin worked as a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills and Clifford Chance, with a focus of financial institutions and in particular insurers.

Leading our asset and liability management team, Rob is responsible for aligning our fast-growing portfolio with paying our policyholders.

Valeria is the Chief Internal Audit Officer, responsible to provide independent assurance to the Board that the Firm’s risk, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. She has worked in Financial Services for 25 years in Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance roles.

Mitul is PIC's Chief Origination Officer with over 20 years’ experience in insurance and pensions, he leads our solutions driven, innovative approach to pension risk transfer transactions.

Dara is our Chief People Officer with over 25 years’ experience in human resources. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development, she leads the HR Function and a dedicated team of professionals spanning Business Partnering, Talent, Reward and Operations to ensure PIC is structured for growth and equipped with the skills necessary to deliver our strategy. 

Alistair leads PIC’s IT Department, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable and efficient IT systems and services in support of PIC’s critical business activities.
