Reinet Investments is a Luxembourg-based investment vehicle which was created as a result of the restructuring of Richemont, the Swiss Luxury goods business in 2008. Reinet Investments S.C.A F.I.S is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reinet Investments and is a closed-end, specialised investment fund.

 

Reinet are PICG’s largest shareholder and first invested in PICG in 2012.

Luxinva, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority ('ADIA')

Established in 1976, ADIA is a globally-diversified investment institution that prudently invests funds on behalf of the Government of Abu Dhabi through a strategy focused on long-term value creation. Luxinva, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADIA, invested in PICG in 2018.

CVC Strategic Opportunities I ('CVC')

Established in 1981, CVC is a world leader in private equity and credit with $114.8bn of assets under management, $162.7bn of funds committed and a global network of 24 local offices.

CVC invested in PICG via it’s Strategic Opportunities I fund in 2017. The Strategic Opportunities I fund focuses on corporate private equity investments with a lower risk profile, primarily in Europe and North America, and also partners with founding families or foundations looking for a long-term partner.

HPS Investment Partners ('HPS')

HPS Investment Partners is a leading global investment firm that seeks to provide creative capital solutions and generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for its clients.

HPS was founded in 2007, to focus on credit and longer-dated less liquid investment opportunities. It was originally formed as a division of Highbridge Capital Management within J.P. Morgan Asset Management and known as Highbridge Principle Strategies.

HPS is PICG’s most recent major investor having invested in PICG in June 2021.
