Why the penguins?
Most people would agree that there is something intrinsically appealing about penguins but, for us, it's not simply a matter of a pleasing image. Penguins have been central to our brand since the company was founded in 2006. We like to think we share certain characteristics with these tenacious animals: Loyalty, adaptability, agility, resilience and determination.

Resilience – penguins are supremely resilient, able to withstand the long Antarctic winters, enduring months without food. Our strong, conservatively managed balance sheet ensures our resilience. With it we have withstood, and are able to withstand, the harshest of economic environments.
