Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and qualified in 1991, since when he has worked in financial services. He was previously the Chief Executive of NatWest Life Assurance and from 2001 was the UK Finance Director for Legal & General Group. During 2007 he became Chief Financial Officer of Synesis Life, which is now part of Pension Corporation.
