Formerly head of bulk annuity operations at Prudential, he was responsible for all elements of the transition of the three largest bulk annuity buy-outs and led the team building operational infrastructure. This included the systems, knowledge and control structures which put Prudential’s operational capability at the forefront of the market. Matt played a key role in the teams that secured four insurance company annuity books and helped achieve the successful transfer to Prudential.
