Co-Head of Asset and Liability Management
Tracy has 18 years experience in asset and risk management in the pension and insurance industry. Tracy joined Pension Corporation in 2006 to head up Asset and Liability Management, repsonsible for overseeing and managing the insurance assets. Prior to joining Pension Corporation, Tracy worked at Goldman Sachs from 1993 and worked in a variety of roles, principally working with pension funds and insurance company clients across Europe. She set up Goldman Sachs Asset Management's risk management capability and was the former Head of Risk Management in Europe and Asia.
Investor Relations
Tracey is responsible for fundraising & managing Investor Relations at Pension Corporation. She was involved with the fundraising of nearly £1 billion of initial equity capital for the company. Formerly at HSBC, Tracey joined Duke Street Capital in 1999 where she was responsible for assisting group management and Investor Relations.
Co-Head of Business Origination
David is a qualified actuary and is responsible for business development, pricing and management of insurance transactions. David has over 20 years of experience in pensions and insurance and has lead a significant number of successful insurance transactions, including the £1.1bn Thorn buyout and the ground breaking £450m Delta pensioner buyout. Prior to joining PIC David was Global Head of M&A services at Watson Wyatt.
Advisory Partner
Graham is Director of Pension Insurance Corporation Ltd and of Pension Security Insurance Corporation (Guernsey), with a particular interest in longevity trends.
Graham is Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. He founded New Bridge Street Consultants pension and actuarial practice in 1986. He is a Board member of United Business Media, Arcadia Senior Executive Pension Schemes.
Chief Information Officer
Farry is responsible for defining and delivering the IT Strategy at Pension Corporation and manages the company's relationship with our technology partners. Farry has over 27 years of experience in Information Technology leadership and Business Transformation Consulting and brings wide sector experience to Pension Corporation, including previous senior management roles at Credit Suisse, Standard Bank, Aon Group and a number of other non-Financial institutions.
He is a Fellow of the Institute for the Management of Information Systems and a member of The Chartered Management Institute.
Chief Administration Officer
Matt's team ensures that Pension Insurance Corporation's (PIC) policy holders are paid the right pensions at the right time. A key area for his team is managing the transition process following a pension insurance buyout, when pension fund members become PIC's policy holders.
Formerly head of bulk annuity operations at Prudential, he was responsible for all elements of the transition of the three largest bulk annuity buy-outs and led the team building operational infrastructure. Whilst there, Matt played a key role in the teams that secured four insurance company annuity books and helped achieve their successful transfer to Prudential.
Partnerships Director
Kim was previously at SG Hambros Bank and Trust for 17 years where she held the position of Managing Director of their UK Trust Company with responsibility for Corporate Private and Charitable Trusts, their accounting tax and Investment Management. She also established SG Hambros Financial Services Limited and held the position of Director on the Board of many of the Bank's subsidiaries and client companies. Kim latterly ran the Bank's London Human Resources.
Co-Head of Asset and Liability Management
Mark Gull is Co-Head of Asset and Liability Management at Pension Corporation. Mark has over 20 years experience in bond markets and has managed a wide range of bond funds both for pension funds and retail clients. Prior to joining Pension Corporation Mark spent eight years at Morley and seven years at Gartmore, where he was Head of Credit, responsible for developing Gartmore’s credit process for funds investing in Sterling corporate bonds and high yield. Mark previously worked in corporate bond sales and corporate finance at BZW. He has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. Mark is co-optee on the NAPF Investment Council.
General Counsel
Louise is responsible for legal and compliance matters at Pension Corporation. Louise was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal as Head of Pensions. An expert in pension regulation, including the clearance and scheme funding regimes, Louise was heavily involved in the development of the Pensions Act 2004 and in particular the moral hazard and clearance provisions. She then established and led the Corporate Risk Management Team at the Pensions Regulator.
Advisory Partner
John retired at the end of December 2006 after a career with the SG Hambros Private Banking Group in Guernsey specialising in private client trust and private equity fund services. He remains a part time consultant for the Bank as well as a trustee of the SG Hambros Offshore Pension Schemes. He is Chairman of Duke Street Holdings Limited and a director of a number of other Guernsey domiciled private equity and related funds. He is a Trustee of the Truell Charitable Foundation and acts in several family office roles.
Co-Head of Business Origination
Jay co-heads our Origination team and has led a number of pension insurance transactions, for example, £500m and £200m bulk annuity buy-ins for the Cadbury scheme and London Stock Exchange schemes respectively. Jay was previously actuarial adviser and Director of Corporate Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then Corporate Development Director at Prudential UK where he led on £1bn+ bulk annuity transfers from other insurers. More recently he was founder and Board member of the specialist bulk annuity insurer, Synesis Life, which is now part of Pension Corporation. Jay has 25 years of experience in the insurance and pensions sector having qualified as an actuary in 1991.
Partner, Corporate Development
Malcolm's role at Pension Corporation covers all aspects of Corporate Development at the Pension Corporation Group including strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, capital-raising and other corporate development.
Malcolm was a former Managing Director at UBS Capital, the private equity division of UBS, serving as a member of UBS Capital's Global Management Board in Zurich. Malcolm has over 20 years experience covering private equity and corporate finance advisory areas. Prior to UBS Capital he specialised in the Mergers and Acquisitions area with UBS, Morgan Stanley and N.M. Rothschild in London.

Danny is an Advisory Partner at Pension Corporation where he chairs the Asset/Liability Committee and is a member of the Risk and Investment Committee.
Danny is the Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Executive Board of the Wellcome Trust, the largest charitable foundation in Europe with assets exceeding £ 12 billion invested in a broad range of investments including public equities, private equities, property, venture capital and hedge funds. He joined the Trust in September 2005, having previously been a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs & Co. in its investment management division, where he headed a number of groups, including UK Equity Portfolio Management, European Equity Portfolio Management, Global Portfolio Construction and Global Investment Strategies.
Danny is a Trustee of the Truell Charitable Foundation and of Urban Unlimited and is a member of the Investment Committees of the British Library and the Wellington College Endowment.
Chief Actuary
Jim has overall responsibility for the continued growth and development of the actuarial capabilities at Pension Corporation, enhancing the current financial reporting and management framework, and preparing for the successful implementation of the forthcoming Solvency II framework.
Prior to joining Pension Corporation, Jim was a senior consultant at Towers Watson, having joined the Tillinghast life insurance practice in 1986. Jim's experience with Towers Watson covered a wide range of assignments in the life industry in the UK and Europe, including new company ventures, reconstuctions and mergers / acquisitions as well as managing projects on financial reporting and risk analysis.
