Operations

The Operations team currently manages over 20 pension schemes at different stages of the transition process equating to 50,000 insured pensions.

The team focuses on providing transition and administration. The investment; and the reinsurance operations function provides support to PIC's insurance portfolio with a particular focus on providing tailored solutions for each client.

The key functions:

• Managing a contract from crystallisation of transaction through the transition process to post-deal maintenance
• Investment operations supports the asset liability and strategic investment functions along with managing scheme assets and internally managed portfolios
• Payroll management and asset and liability reporting
• Reconciling payrolls every month ensuring our policyholders are paid in line with scheme requirements
• Overseeing the administration for all our policyholders
• Ensuring that all work is compliant with regulatory requirements and adheres to TCF guidelines
• Calculation and settlement of longevity reinsurance claims
